Losing a loved one is incredibly difficult.  Planning a memorial service or celebration of life shouldn’t intensify the stress and sadness you are already feeling. I serve as a resource to answer all of your questions and work with you to create a service that honors and celebrates the life of your loved one.  Together, we partner in crafting a ritual that allows for both grief and celebration, drawing your circle close as family and friends gather to commemorate a remarkable life.

I design and officiate both in-person and online (Zoom) celebration of life ceremonies. You can indicate your preference between in-person and online ceremony types on the inquiry form.

List of services

Below is a list of the services I can provide for a Celebration of Life ceremony.  Every ceremony comes with personal planning sessions, unlimited telephone and email consultations, and the ceremony itself as well as a written version of the eulogy for you. All of the services listed below can be applied to either in-person or online (Zoom) ceremonies.

Service order (which things happen in which order) preparation

Crafting of eulogy, based on input from family members

Adhering to cultural practices

Weaving in of poetry, quotes and other significant literature that ties to the family

(If applicable) the sharing of scripture from your chosen religion
